NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HERESY GIVEN that the
Land Use & Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will con-
duct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on July
12, 2016 at Chubbuck City Council
Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to the fol-
lowing items:
An application by Rockwell Homes,
3539 Briar Creek Lane, Ammon, ID
83406 for the Preliminary Plat for Brook -
stone Estates Division 8 located in the
Southeast 1/4 of Section 5, Township 6
South, Range 34 East of the Boise
Meridian in the County of Bannock. This
property is located north of West Chub -
buck Road and west of Philbin Road.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July
20, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. at the Chubbuck
City Council Chambers, 5160 Yellow-
stone Ave, Chubbuck, Idaho the City
Council will hold a public hearing re-
garding Item 41, Brookstone Estates Di-
vision 8 Preliminary Plat, together with
the recommendations of the Land Use
and Development Commission.
2. Consider proposed ordinance amend-
ing section 16.12.025, Access Manage-
ment, to clarify the application of the
guidelines.

FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR
YOUR REVIEW,
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS
MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR
TO HEARINGS,
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing items(s),
and at the time indicated will be given
an opportunity to be heard in support of,
or in opposition to the proposal.
City Hall and the City Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with disabili-
ties, Any person needing special ac-
commodations to participate in the
meeting should contact the City Planner,
Paul Andrus at 208.237.2430 at least 24
hours prior to the meeting.
