CITY OF CHUSBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City
Council of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho
will conduct a public hearingg at 6:00 PMS
on May 4, 2016 at Chubbuck City Coun-
cil Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Av-
enue, Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to
the following Items;
An application by Miller Properties LLC,
6034 Fruilwood Lane, Pocatelio, ID
83201 for Sunset West Division 9 Pre-
liminary Plat. Located in the east half of
Section 5, Township 6 South, Range 34
East of the Boise Meridian In the County
of Bannock. The subdivision will be
West of Jasmine Drive and East of
Brookstona Subdivision.
A COPY OF EACH APPLICATION IS ON
FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR
YOUR REVIEW.
WRITTEN TE=STIMONY AND PETITIONS
MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR
TO HEARINGS.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing Items(s),
and at the time Indicated will be given
an opportunity to be heard In support of,
or In opposition to the proposal,
City Hall and the City Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with dlsablli-
