NOTICE OF FILLING AND TAKING OF
PUBLIC COMMENT
CHUBBUCK DEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY - CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Chubbuck Development Authority (Au-
thority") has filed with the City of Chub -
buck, Idaho, a report of the Authority's
activities for the calendar year 2015, in-
cluding a complete financial statement
in accordance with Idaho Code Section
50-206. The Authority will hold a public
meeting at 5:30 pm on April 26, 2016 at
the Chubbuck City Council Chambers,
5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho, to report these findings and take
comments from the public.
A COPY OF THE AUTHORITY'S REORT
AND FINANCIAL STATEMENT IS ON
FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR
YOUR REVIEW.
WRITTEN COMMENTS MUST BE SUB-
MITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE PUB-
LIC MEETING.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing, and at the
time indicated will be given an opportu-
nity 10 comment.
City Hall and the City Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with disabili-
ties. Any person needing special ac-
commodations to participate in the
meetingshould contact the City Clerk,
Rich Morgan at 208.237.2400 at least
24 hours prior to the meeting.
