Sealed bids for City of Chubbuck 2016
STREET MICRO -SURFACE OVERLAY
PROGRAM will be received by the City
of Chubbuck, Idaho at the office of the
Public Works Director, 5160 Yellow-
stone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho until
11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 3, 2016, at
which time, bids duly submitted will be
opened and read. Work consists of ap-
proximately 194,130 square yards of mi-
cro -surface overlay on residential
streets in the City of Chubbuck. A com-
plete list of materials and specifications
for which the bids are solicited is avail-
able at the office of the Public Works Di-
rector, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho. All bids must be deliv-
ered under sealed cover and must con-
tain one of the following forms of bid-
der's secu rity in the amount of 5% of the
amount bid: Cash, cashiers check
payable to the city, certified check
payable to the city, or bidder's bond ex-
ecuted by a qualified surety company
payable to the city. The city reserves the
right to accept any and all bids or to ac-
cept the lowest responsible bid or any
item of any such bid being the most ad-
vantageous to the city.
