STUART ADDITIONS ROADWAY RE-
CONSTRUCTION will be received by
City of Chubbuck at 5160 Yellowstone
Ave, Chubbuck, Idaho 83202, until 2:00
PM local time on Tuesday, May 3, 2016
and then at said office publicly opened
and read aloud.
The work involves reconstruction of ap.
proximately 7,800 LF of roadway in the
City of Chubbuck. The work includes
curb and gutter, sidewalks, storm water
facilities, landscaping, and other related
items. It is the intent of the project bid-
ding documents to describe the work re-
quired to complete this project in suffi-
cient detail to secure comparable bids.
All parts or work not specifically men-
tioned which are necessary in order to
provide a complete installation shall be
included in the bid and shall conform to
all Local, State and Federal require-
ments.
The PROJECT MANUAL, DRAWINGS
and EXHIBITS may be examined at the
following location(s):
• City of Chubbuck, Public Works Depart-
ment, 5160 Yellowstone Ave, Chub.
buck, Idaho
• Idaho AGC Planroom, Boise, Idaho
The PROJECT MANUAL, DRAWINGS
and EXHIBITS may be obtained at City
of Chubbuck, Public Works Department,
5160 Yellowstone Ave, Chubbuck, Ida-
ho 83202. Copses of these documents
may be purchased for a non-refundable
fee of $30.00. Electronic Copies on a
compact disc (CD) may be purchased
for a non-refundable fee of $5.00.
In determining the lowest responsive bid,
the Owner will consider all acceptable
bids on a basis consistent with the bid
package. The Owner will also consider
whether the bidder is a responsible bid-
der. Before a contract will be awarded
for work contemplated herein, the own-
er will conduct such investigation as is
necessary to determine the perfor-
mance record and ability of the apparent
low bidder to perform the size and type
of work specified under this Contract
Upon request, the. Bidder shall submi
such information as deemed necessary
by the Owner to evaluate the Bidder':
qualifications.
All bids must be signed and accompanies
by evidence of authority to sign.
Bids must be accompanied by Bid Securi
ty in the foram of a bid bond, certifies
check, cashier's check or cash in the

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says:
that SHE was at all times herein mention a citizen
of the United States of America more than 21
years of age, and the Principal Clerk of the Idaho
State Journal, a daily newspaper, printed and
published at Pocatello, Bannock County Idaho and
having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which
is attached, was published in the said IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates, to -
wit:

That said paper has been continuously and
uninterruptedly published in said County for a
period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the
publication of said notice of advertisement and is a
newspaper within the meaning of the laws of
Idaho.
