Land Use & Development Commissior
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will con•
duct a public hearing at 7:00 pm or
Wednesday March 9, 2016 at Chub -
buck City Council Chambers, 5160 Yel•
lowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho
with respect to the following items:
APPROVAL OF MINUTES for February 9,
2016
PUBLIC HEARING
1. An application by Gary Ratliff 396C
South 2nd Avenue, Pocatello, Idahc
83204 for Intermountain Subdivision
Preliminary Plat. An Industrial Develop-
ment located in Re -plat of Lot 4 of the
Ratliff Subdivision Division 1, Instrument
# 20101291, Southeast 1/ of Section 3,
Township 6 South, Range 34 East of the
Boise Meridian in the County of Ban-
nock, north end of Burley Drive, West of
Brook Lane and East of Laurel Lane.
2. Consider proposed ordinance amend-
ing Title 18, Land Use, in the City of
Chubbuck City Codes.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on
March 16, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. at the
Chubbuck City Council Chambers, 5164
Yellowstone Ave, Chubbuck, Idaho the
City Council will hold a public hearing
regarding Item #1, Intermountain Subdi-
vision Preliminary Plat, together with the
recommendations of the Land Use and
Development Commission.
A COPY OF EACH APPLICATION IS ON
FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR
YOUR REVIEW,
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS
MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR
TO HEARINGS.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing items(s),
and at the time indicated will be given
an opportunity to be heard in support of,
or in opposition to the proposal.
Wiry Hall and the City Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with disabili-
ties. Any person needing special ac-
commodations to participate in the
meeting should contact the City Planner,
Paul Andrus at 208.237.2430 at least 24
hours prior to the meeting..
