NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use & Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will.con-
duct a pu lic hearing at 7:00 PM on Au-
gust 11, 2015 at Chubbuck City Council
Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to the fol.-
lowing
ol-lowing item`s:
1. An application by Idaho Central Credit'
Union, 4400 Central Way, Chubbuck, ID
83202 for' Idaho Central Complex Pre-
liminary Plat. Located in Northwest 1/a,
Section 10, Township 6 South, Range
34 East of the Boise Meridian in the
County of Bannock. The subdivision will
be bordered by 1-86, Central Way, Bur-
ley Drive and Evans Lane. .
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Au-
gust 19, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at the Chub -
buck City Council Chambers, 5160 Yel-
lowstone Ave, Chubbuck, Idaho the City
Council will hold a public hearing regard-
ing Item 41, together with the recom-
mendations of the Land Use and Devel-
opment Commission.
COPY OF EACH APPLICATION IS ON
FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR
YOUR REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS
MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR
TO HEARINGS.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing items(s),
and at the time indicated will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support of, or
in opposition to the proposal.
City Hall and the City. Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with disabili-
ties. Any person needing special accom-
modations to participate in the 'meeting
should contact the City Planner, Paul
Andrus at 208.237.2430 at least 24
hours prior to the meeting.
