NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use & Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will con-
duct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on De-
cember 8, 2015 at Chubbuck City Coun-
cil Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Av-
enue, Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to
the following items:
1. An application by Idaho Central Credit
Union, 4400 Central Way, Chubbuck, ID
83202 requesting a change in Land Use
District from Residential (R-2), and In-
dustrial (1) to General Commercial (C-2).
Property is located at the south end of
Burney Drive.
2. An application by the City of Chubbuck,
5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck,
ID 83202 requesting a change in Land
Use District to Agricultural (A) upon re-
quested annexation for that portion of
the Philbin Road right-of-way adjacent
to Connor Academy, 1295 Alpine Av-
enue, Chubbuck, ID 83202.
A COPY OF EACH APPLICATION IS ON
FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR
YOUR REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS
MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR
TO HEARINGS.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing items(s),
and at the time indicated will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support of, or
in opposition to the proposal.
City Hall and the City Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with disabili-
ties. Any person needing special accom-
modations to participate in the meeting
should contact the City Planner, Paul
Andrus at 208.237.2430 at least 24
hours prior to the meeting.

of the United States of America more than 21
years of age, and the Principal Clerk of the Idaho
State Journal, a daily newspaper, panted and
published at Pocatello, Bannock County Idaho and
having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which
is attached, was published in the said IDAHO
