NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City
Council of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho,
will conduct a public hearing at 6;00 PM
on September 16, 2015 at Chubbuck
City Council Chambers, 5160 Yellow-
stone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho, with
respect to the following items:
The City Council of the City of Chubbuck
proposes to covey, exchange or offer for
sale real property. The property is lot 12
of Block 1 and Lot 11 of Block 1 in Grif-
tin Hollow Subdivision. The City Council
declared the value of the lots on August
5, 2015 in a regular council meeting.
Declared values of the lots are; $1,700
for lot 12 Block 1 and $1,900 for lot 11
Block 1.
INFORMATION CONCERNING THE
SALE IS ON FILE AT THE CITY OF-
FICE FOR YOUR REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS
CONCERNING THE PUBLIC HEARING
MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR
TO THE HEARING.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing items(s),
and at the time indicated will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support of, or
in opposition to the proposal.
City Hall and the City Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with disabili-
ties. Any person needing special accom
modations to participate in the meeting
should contact the City Clerk, Rich Mor-
gan at 208.237.2400 at least 24 hours
prior to the meeting.
