SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 748
An ordinance of the City of Chubbuck, a
municipal corporation of the state of Ida-
ho, repealing Chapter 13.28 "Garbage
Collection'; enacting a new Chapter
13.28 "Solid Waste Collection"; provid-
ing definitions; providing for the collec-
tion and disposal of solid waste and
making such mandatory for all premises
and occupants generating solid waste;
providing for collection of such solid
waste; providing standards for accept-
able waste to be collected; prohibiting
certain types of waste from being dis-
carded; prohibiting burning of solid
waste; providing for recycling of certain
materials; establishing fees for the col-
lection and disposal of solid waste pro-
viding for thee repeal of conflicting ordi-
nances; providing for the severability of
the provisions of this ordinance; provid-
ing when this ordinance shall be in ef-
fect.

I have reviewed the foregoing summary
and believe it provides a true and cor-
rect summary of Ordinance No. 748 and
that the summary provides adequate no-
tice to the public of the contents of this
ordinance.
