NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON
A URBAN RENEWAL PLAN FOR
THE CHUBBUCK DEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY
Pursuant to Idaho Code §50-2008 (c), the
City of Chubbuck does hereby give no-
tice that a public hearing will be held be-
fore the Chubbuck City Council on
Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at 6:00
o'clock p.m. at the Chubbuck City Hall,
5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho.
The purpose of the hearing will be to con-
sider an urban renewal plan ("Plan"),
known as the Pine Ridge Mall Urban
Renewal Plan, for the Chubbuck Devel-
opment Authority ("CDA") which con-
sists of constructing infrastructure im-
provements to allow for economic devel-
opment which will be funded through tax
increment funds. The proposed im-
provements include renovations to the
Pine Ridge Mall ring road, parking lot
lighting renovation and rehabilitation,
paving preservation and striping, demo
lition of deteriorated buildings, site In-
frastructure improvement, parking and
drive isle preparation, site lighting, con-
tingency and the costs of financing. The
property is generally known as the Pine
Ridge Mail Subdivision, Pine Ridge Mall
First Addition and the Shops at Pine
Ridge Mall Subdivision, The detailed le-
gal description for the propeis avail-
able from the Chubbuck City Clerk upon
request.
The Plan contains a revenue allocation fi-
nancing provision that will cause proper-
ty taxes resulting from any increases in
equalized assessed valuation in excess
of the equalized assessed valuation as
shown in the base assessment toll to be
allocated to the CDA for urban renewal
area purposes.
All persons are invited to give comment
regarding this public hearing in person
or you may submit written comment to
the City of Chubbuck, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, P O Box 5604, Chubbuck, Ida-
ho 83202.
Chubbuck City Hall and Council Cham-
bers are accessible for persons with dis-
abilities. Any persons needing special
accommodations to participate in the
meeting should contact City Clerk

least 24 hours prior to the meeting.

period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the
