Council of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho,
will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 PM
on July 1, 2015 at Chubbuck City Coun-
cil Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Av-
enue, Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to
the following items:
An appplication by Briscoe Builders, 5465'
Kymball Street, Chubbuck, ID 83202 for
Briscoe Subdivision 8th Addition Prelimi-
nary Plat. Located in Northwest 1/4, Sec-
tion 2, Township 6 South, Range 34
East of the Boise Meridian in the County
of Bannock. The subdivision will be be-
tween Martha Street and Taylor Street
west of Hiline Road,

FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR
YOUR REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS
MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR
TO HEARINGS.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing items(s),
and at the time indicated will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support of, or
in opposition to the proposal.
City Hall and the City Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with disabili-
ties. Any person needing special accom-
modations to participate in the meeting

prior to the meeting.
