NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use & Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will con-
duct a public hearing at 7,04 PM on
.lune 9, 2015 at Chubbuck City Council
Chambers, 5164 Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to the fal-
lowing items:
An application by Briscoe Builders, 5465
Kymbail Street, Chubbuck, ID 83202 for
Briscoe Subdivision Sth Addition Prelimi-
nary Plat, Located in Northwest ;/s, Sec -
fon 2, Township 6 South, Range 34
East of the Boise Meridian in the County
of Bannock. The subdivision will be be-
tween Martha Street and Taylor Street
west of Hiline goad.

YOUR REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS
MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR
TO HEARINGS.

with regard to the foregoing items(s),
and at the time indicated will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support of, or
in opposition to the proposal.
