SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE Na.
An ordinance of the City of Chubbuck, a
municipal corporation of the state of Ida-
ho; amending Section 2.08.050 of the
Chubbuck Municipal Code to provide, in
accordance with Idaho Code &50-707
for the designation of seats held by each
';I" councilman; providing for the elec-
tion of the city council by odd numbered
seats be ronin% with the general elec
tion in November of 2015 and even
numbered seats with the general elec-
tion in November of 2017 providing for
the repeal of conflicting ordinances; pro-
viding that all other provisions of Chap-
ter 2.08 not amended shell remain in ef-
fect; providing for the severability of the
provisions of this ordinance, providing
when this ordinance shall be in effect.
