Sealed bids for City of Chubbuck 2015
STREET MICRO -SURFACE OVERLAY
PROGRAM will be received by the City
of Chubbuck, Idaho at the office of the
Public Works Director, 5160 Yellow-
stone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho until
2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 29, 2015, at
which time, bids duly submitted will be
opened and read. Work consists of ap-
proximately 143,000 square yards of mi-
cro -surface overlay on residential
streets in the City of Chubbuck. A com-
plete list of materials and specifications
for which the bids are solicited is avail-
able at the office of the Public Works Di-
rector, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chub -
buck, Idaho. All bids must be delivered
under sealed cover and must contain
one of the following forms of bidder's se-
curity in the amount of 5% of the amount
bid: Cash, cashier's check payable to
the city, certified check payable to the
city, or bidder's bond executed by a
qualified surety company payable to the
city. The city reserves the right to ac-
cept any and all bids or to accept the
lowest responsible bid or any item of
any such bid being the most advanta-
geous to the city.

published at Pocatello, Bannock County Idaho and
having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which
is attached, was published in the said IDAHO

That said paper has been continuously and
uninterruptedly published in said County for a
period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the
publication of said notice of advertisement and is a
