The following information Is required by §33-439, Idafie Code:
The total existing general obligation bond indebtedness of the City of Chub -
buck is $0.00. The total existing other indebtedness, including interest ac-
crued as of February 5, 2008, of the City of Chubbuck is $4,105,687. The
interest rate anticipated on the proposed general obligation bonds if four and
forty hundredths percent (4.40°!x). The range of anticipated rates is from 3
and one-half percent (3,50%) to six and one-half percent (6,50%). The total
amount to be repaid over the life of the proposed general obligation bands,
based on the anticipated interest rate is, $5,853,020.

Great! The paper should be sending an affidavit of publication to Ron.

The affidavit has to be filed with the court.
