street reconstruction for approximately 3,500
lineal feet of roadway, with some water and
sewer line extensions. A complete list of ma-
terials and specifications for which the bids
are solicited is available, for a $30.00 refund-
able fee, at the office of the Public Works Di-
rector, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho. The city reserves the right to reject
any and all bids, or to accept the lowest re-
sponsibie bid, or any item of any such bid,
deemed most advantageous to the city. Bid-
ders are hereby notified that acceptance of
this contract by the successful bidder consti-
tutes certification that the bidder is or will be
in full complianoo with applicable Federal
and/or State law.
