NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of

Chubbuck and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the City Council of the
City of Chubbuck will hold a public hearing at the Chubbuck City full. 5160
Yellowstone Ave, Chubbuck, Idaho at the hour of 7:30 p.m., October 14, t
2008.
The City of Chobbuck, along with the City of f acatello and Bannock
County, have determined there is an immediate and pressing need, due to 1
concerns about contaminations of the ground water aquifer that serves the
source for the potabte water for Chubbuck, p0oatello and Bannock County, <
to provide a means to collect sewage generated within the Chubbuck Area
of the City Impact and deliver it for treatment to the sewer treatment facility
owned and operated by the City of Pocatello. -

City Impact
A more detailed description of the above proposed sewer connection
toe is on file in the City Clerk's office at Chubbuck City Hall, 5160 Yellow-
stone Ave.. and is available for inspection during regular business hours.
Any and all interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing and the
public is welcome and invited to submit testimony.
City Hail and the council chambers are accessible for persons with dis-
abilities. Any person needing special accommodations to participate in the
meeting should contact City Clerk Hon C. Conlin at 208-237-2440 at least
24 hours prior to the meeting.
