Bids duly submitted at
that time will be
opened and read. A
complete specifica-
tion for which the
bids are solicited is
available at the office
of the Public Works
Director, 5160 Yel-
lowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho.
All bids must be de-
livered under sealed
cover and must con-
tain one of the fol-
lowing forms of bid-
ders' security in the
amount of five per-
cent (5%) of the
amount bid; cash,
cashiers check paya-
ble to the city, certi-
fied check payable to
the city, or bidders'
bond executed by a
qualified surety com-
pany payable to the
city. The city re-
serves the right to re-
ject any and all bids,
or to accept the low-
est response bid, or
any item of any such
Nd deemed most ad-
vantageous to the
city.
