tion of certain types
of conduct at such
business; providing
for the prohibition of
certain types of con-
duct at a sexually ori-
ented business; pro-
viding where such
business may be lo-
cated within the City;
setting forth the
hours such business-
es may be conduct-
ed; providing proce-
dures for the revoca-
tion of a license for a
sexually oriented
business and provid-
ing for due process
procedures for such
a business to have a
revocation of a li-
cense reviewed; pro-
viding for the repeal
of conflicting ordi-
nances and provi-
sions of the Chub -
buck Municipal
Code; providing for
the severability of the
provisions of this or-
dinance; providing
that this ordinance
shall be in full force
and effect after its
passage, approval
and publication as al-
lowed by law.

lieve it provides a

than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of
the Idaho State Journal, a daily newspaper,
printed and published at Pocatello, Bannock
County, Idaho and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of
which is attached, was published in the said
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following
