NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Chubbuck and the Laws of the State of Idaho,
that the City Council of the City of Chubbuck will hold a public hearing at the Chu Muck City Hall, 5160 Yellowstone Ave; Chub -
buck, Idaho at the hour of 7:30p m., July 25th, 2006, for the purpose of: 1) Revising water and sewer rates. The water and sewer
rates will increase by more than 5%: and 2) Implementing water and sewer connection fees.
