tion of the state of
Idaho, annexing cer-
tain lands, namely
Briscoe Estates,
Phase 1, Sunrise
East Estates and
Park Meadows, Final
Residential Develop-
ment Ground to be
included within the
boundaries and juris-
dictional limits of the
city of Chubbuck,
Idaho with the legal
descriptions of each
respective tract be-
ing attached to the
ordinance as an ex-
hibit; specifying the
zoning classification
which shall be ap-
plied to said lands
newly annexed to the
city of Chubbuck,
namely for Briscoe
estates, Phase 1 of
Limited Residential (
R-2), Sunrise East
Estates of Single
Family Residential
(R-1) and Park
Meaaows ur piamiuu
unit development for
residential purposes;
directing the Chub -
buck City Clerk to
comply with the filing
requirements con-
tained in Idaho code
section 63-2215; re-
pealing prior conflict-
ing ordinances; pro-
viding for the severa-
bility of the provi-
sions of this ordi-
nance; providing that
this ordinance shall
be in full force and
effect after its pas-
sage, approval and
publication as a[ -
lowed -by law.
