City Clerk, 5160 Yel-
lowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho,
until 2:00 P.M.,
Tuesday April 24,
2007, at which time
the bids duly submit-
ted will be opened
and read. Improve-
ments consist of
street reconstruction
for approximately
1,400 lineal feet of
roadway. A com-
plete list of materials
and specifications for
which the bids are
solicited is available,
for a $30.00 non-re-
fundable fee, at the
office of the City En-
gineer, 5160 Yellow-
stone Avenue, Chub -
buck, Idaho. All bids
must be delivered
under sealed cover,
and must contain
one of the following
forms of bidders se-
curity in the amount
of five percent (5%)
of the amount bid;
cash, cashiers check
payable to the city,
certified check paya-
ble to the city, or
bidder's bond exe-
cuted by a qualified
surety company pay-
able to the city.
The city reserves the
right to reject any
and all bids, or to ac-
cept the lowest re-
sponsible bid, or any
item of any such bid,
deemed most advan-
tageous to the city.
Bidders are hereby
notified that accept-
ance of.this contract
by the successful
bidder constitutes
certification that the
bidder is or will be in
full compliance with
applicable f=ederal
citizen of the United States ofAnlerica more
than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of
the Idaho State Journal, a daily newspaper,
printed and published at Pocatello, Bannock
County, Idaho and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy Of
which is attached, was published in the said
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following
