municipal corpora-

Idaho, adding sec-
tion 16.23.230 to the
Chubbuck Municipal
code to require all
developments to in-
stall a secondary
pressure irrigation
system If there are
agricultural water
rights associated
with the land being
developed. setting
standard for such
systems; providing
such systems may
be dedicated to the
City and, upon ac-
ceptance, shall be a
utility maintained by
the City; providing for
a temporary or per-
manent waiver by
the city engineer; re-
pealing prior conflict-
ing ordinances; pro-
viding for the severe
bility of the provi-
sions of this ordi-
nance; and providing
when this ordinance
shall become effec-
tive; providing that all
other provisions of
Chapter 16.23 not
amended shall re-
main in full force and
effect; providing that
this ordinance shall
be in full force and
effect after its pas-
sage, approval and
publication as al-
lowed by law.
