SECTION 1: Change
Qf Land Use District.
The land use district
established by the
Chubbuck Land Use
Ordinance, with re-
spect to the lands
described below, lo-
cated within the
boundaries of the
City of Chubbuck,
are hereby changed
as indicated:
Proposed Cardona
Subdivision which is
a Resubdivision of
Lots 12, 13, and 14
of Neider Subdivi-
sion, Instrument No.
259146 - See Exhibit
A for description of
property to be rez-
oned.
SECTION 2. Cam re-
hensi� ve Plan. The
Mayor and Council
find, and therefore,
declare, that the
foregoing changes in

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says:
hat SHE was at all times herein mention a
citizen of the United States of America more
than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of
the Idaho State Journal, a daily newspaper,
printed and published at Pocatello, Bannock
County, Idaho and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of
which is attached, was published in the said
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following
dates, to-wit:

That said paper has been continuously and
uninterruptedly published in said County for
a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the
publication of said notice of advertisement
