thorities. The license
of any daycare pro-
vider may be denied,
suspended or re-
voked if said provider
refuses to allow entry
of a representative of
any agency having
jurisdiction over the
daycare premises or
political subdivision
at any time during
the period of care of
the child or children
or if the provider fails
to cooperate in any
investigation or re-
view of the daycare
provider's responsi-
bilities or alleged vio-
lations under the Ti-
tle. Failure to allow
entry or to cooperate
shall constitute a
misdemeanor.
