dential zone by con-
ditional use permit in
existing develop-
ments and to be dis-
closed on the plat in
new developments,
limiting the amount
of such structures to
not more than ten
percent within any
defined geographic
area of subdivision,
allowing exception to
the limits on multi
family structures to
be granted taking in-
to account the fac-
tors considered
when granting a. con-
ditional use permit
and allowing for no-

ing; providing for the
repeal of conflicting
ordinances; provid-
