November 11, 2005
at which time, bids
duly submitted will
be opened and read.
The equipment must
be full ensemble
Structural Protection
including Turnouts,
Helmet, Hood, Boots
& Gloves. A com-
plete list of materials
and specifications for
which the bids are
solicited is available
at the office of the
Chubbuck Fre De-
partment, 4727 Yel-
lowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho up
to three (3) days be-
fore bid opening, bid
bond is optional. The
Chubbuck Fire De-
partment reserves
the right to accept
any and all bids or to
accept the lowest re-
sponsible bid or any
item of any such bid
being the most ad-
vantageous to the
city. If lowest bidder
is not awarded the
contract, all bidders
must be notified with
stated reasons. Ob-
jections from other
bidders must be sub-
mitted within seven
(7) days of transmit-
tal to all bidders.
Governing board
may affirm decision,
modify decision or
re -bid as it sees fit.
