Section 1. Section
18.12.040(0) is
amended as follows:
Required Trash
Areas, All trash
and/or garbage col-
lection areas for
commercial, industri-
al and multihouse-
hold residential uses
shall be enclosed on
at least three (3)
sides by a well main-
tained solid wall or
sold fence of at least
five feet (T) in height
or within an enclosed
building or structure,
unless the trash
and/or garbage is
confined to a single
residential container.
Adequate vehicular
access to and from
such area or areas
for collection of trash
and/or garbage shall
be provided.
