City Clerk, 5160 Yel-
lowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho,
until 2:00 P.M.,
Tuesday May 04,
2004, at which time
the bids duly submit-
ted will be opened
and read. Improve-
ments consist of
street reconstruction
for approximately
2,600 lineal feet of
roadway. A com-
plete list of materials
and specifications for
which the bids are
solicited is available
at the office of the
City Engineer, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho. All
bids must be deliv-
ered under sealed
cover, and must con-
tain one of the fol-
lowing forms of bid-
ders security in the
amount of five per-
cent (5%) of the
amount bid; cash,
cashiers check paya-
ble to the city, certi-
fied check payable to
the city, or bidder's
bond executed by a
qualified surety com-
pany payable to the
city. The city re-
serves the right to re-
ject any and all bids,
or to accept the low-
est responsible bid,
or any item of any
such bid, deemed
most advantageous
to the city. Bidders
are hereby notified
that acceptance of
this contract by . the
successful bidder
constitutes certifica-
tion that the bidder is
or will be in full com-
pliance with applica-
ble Federal and/or
State law.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached,
was published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the
following dates, to -wit:

That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly
