Planned Unit Devel-
opment, (PUD), for
twin homes, together
with its Preliminary
Development Plan.
The Council will also
consider the prelimi-
nary plat. Property is
located at 550 E.
Chubbuck Road.
Property is presently
zoned Limited Resi-
dential (R-2).
