was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States
of America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk
of THE IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper,
printed and published at Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and
having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is

Notice is hearby given that the Chubbuck City Council will hold a pubfic
hearing for consideration of an amendment to the 2002-2003 Fiscal Year Budget
by appropriating additional monies received by the City of Chubbuck, said hear-
ing to be held at the Ellis Elementary School, 11888 Whitaker Road at 7:30 p.m.,
the 23rd of September, 2003.
PROPOSED EXPENDITURES
Fire Department Equipment $ 75,000.00
Remodel/Addition $ 400,000.00
TOTAL $ 475.000.00
PROPOSED REVENUES
Fire Department Grants $ 75,000.00
Loan from Sewer -Sanitation Reserve Funds $ 400,000.00
TOTAL $ 475,000.00
