13.16.040 is amend-
ed as follows:
13.16.040. Required
connection to public
sewer. The approv-
ing authority of the
city is hereby em-
powered, and it is
hereby made his du-
ty in all cases where
there is a public sew-
er within two hun-
dred feet, to compel
every owner or occu-
pant of land, building
or premises requiring
sanitary facilities to
construct or cause to
be constructed, a
sufficient private
sewer line which
shall connect said
land, building, or
premises to the near-
est accessible public
sewer within ninety
days after date of of-
ficial notice, unless
such connection is
impractical by reason

That the document or notice, a true copy of which is
attached, was published in the said IDAHO STATE
JOURNAL, on the following dates, to -wit:

That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly

weeks prior to the publication of said notice of advertisement
