has no objection to
R-1 and the Land
Use Commission has
recommend. R-1.

Dean Funk, P.O. Box
2968, Pocatello, Ida-
ho for a change of
Land Use District to
Limited Commercial,
(C-1) together with
its requested annex-
ation. Property is lo-
cated on the SW cor-
ner of Siphon and
Whitaker Road north
of Victorian Village.
The Land Use Com-
mission recommends
approval.
