Chubbuck, Idaho. All
bids must be deliv-
ered under sealed
cover, and must con-
tain one of the fol-
lowing forms of bid-
ders security in the
amount of five per-
cent (5%) of the
amount bid; cash,
cashier's check pay-
able to the city, certi-
fied check payable to
the city, or bidder's
bond executed by a
qualified surety com-
pany payable to the
city. The city re-
serves the right to re-
ject any and all bids,
or to accept the low-
est responsible bid,
of any item of such
bid, deemed most
advantagepus to the
city. Bidders are
hereby notified that
acceptance of this
contract by the suc-
cessful bidder consti-
tutes certification that
the bidder is or will
be in full compliance
with applicable Fed-
eral and/or State law.
