$805,500 AND PRO-
VIDING AN EFFEC-
TIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY
THE MAYOR AND
COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHUB -
BUCK, IDAHO:
Section 1: That Ordi-
nance #546, the ap-
propriation ordinance
for the City of Chub -
buck, Idaho, for the
fiscal year commenc-
ing October 1, 2001
and ending Septem-
ber 30, 2002, be the
same is hereby
amended as follows:
That the additional
sum of $500,000 be
appropriated out of
the revenues from
the Tax Increment
Fund to be used for
authorized activities.
That the additional
sum of $45,500 be
appropriated out of
the Fire Department
Federal Grant Reve-
nues to be used for
authorized activities.
That the additional
sum of $260,000 be
appropriated out of
the revenues from
the 1995 Water Bond
Proceeds to be used
for authorized activi-
ties.
Section 2: This ordi-
nance shall be in full
force and effect from
and after its pas-
sage, approval and
publication.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is
attached, was published in the said IDAHO STATE .
JOURNAL, on the following dates, to -wit:

That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly
