April 9, 2002 an-
nexed certain land
into the city that are
generally known as
the Par Meadows
Subdivision #1. The
legal description in
that ordinance was
not correct. To cor-
rect that error, the
lands described on
the attached Exhibit
"A" which are within
Bannock County and
contiguous to the ex-
isting boundaries of
the City of Chub -
buck, Idaho are
hereby annexed and
included within the
boundaries and juris-
dictional limits of the
City of Chubbuck,
Idaho:
