AND PROVIDING
WHEN THIS ORDI-

COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHUB -
BUCK, IDAHO:
Section 1: Purpose.
Ordinance Number
483, recorded as In-
strument No.
98008746 in the re-
cords of Bannock
County, de -annexed
certain lands that
were subject of a
boundary line dis-
pute between Gary
L. Carlsen and Har-
old Scalf when Vista
Park subdivision was
surveyed. The land
described in Exhibit
"A" should have
been included in Or-
dinance No. 483, but
was inadvertently
omitted.
Section 2. De -annexa-
tion. The following
described lands, lo-
cated within Bannock
County and included
in the boundaries of
the Citv of Chub -
KAREN MASON
being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That SHE
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States
of America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk
of THE IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper,
printed and published at Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and
having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is
attached, was published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL,
on the following dates, to -wit:
FEBRUARY 2 _'2001 , 2000
, 2001 2000
, 2001 , 2000
, 2001 , 2000
That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly
published in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks
prior o the publication of said notice of advertisement and is a
newsp per within the meaning of the laws of Idaho.

MASON , known or identified to me to be the
person whose name subscribed to the within instrument, and
