Sealed bids for street
improvements will be
received by the City
of Chubbuck, Idaho,
at the office of the
City Clerk, 5160 Yel-
lowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho,
until 2:00 PM, Tues-
day, March 20, 2001,
at which time the
bids duly submitted
will be opened and
read. Improvements
consist of the Haw -
complete list of ma-
terials and specifica-
tions for which the
bids are solicited is
available at the office
of the City Engineer,
5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho. All bids most
be delivered under
sealed cover, and
must contain one of
the following forms of
bidders security in
the amount of five
percent (5%) of the
amount bid, cash,
cashier's check pay-
able to the city, certi-
fied check payable to
the city, or bidder's
bond executed by a
qualified surety com-
pany payable to the
city. The city re-
serves the right to re-
ject any and all bids,
or to accept the low-
est responsible bid,
or any item of any
such bid, deemed
most advantageous
to the city. Bidders
are hereby notified
that acceptance of
this contract by the
successful bidder
constitutes certifica-
tion that the bidder is
or will be ir, full com-
pliance with applica-
ble Federal and/or
State law.

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That SHE
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States
of America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk
of THE IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper,
printed and published at Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and
having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is
attached, was published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL,
