the City Clerk, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho,
until 2:00 PM, Tues-
day, March 20, 2001,
at which time the
bids duly submitted
will be opened and
read. Improvements
consist of the instal-
lation of ap2proxi-
mately 2000 lineal
feet of 12" HDPE wa-
terline and appurte-
nance, A complete
list of materials and
specifications for
which the bids are
solicited is available
at the office of the
City Engineer, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho. All
bids must be deliv-
ered under sealed
cover, and must con-
tain one of the fol-
lowing forms of bid-
ders security in the
amount of five per-
cent (5%) of the
amount bid, cash,
cashier's check pay-
able to the city, certi-
fied check payable to
the city, or bidder's
bond executed by a
qualified surety com-
pany payable to the
city. The city re-
serves the right to re-
ject any and all bids,
or to accept the low-
est responsible bid,
or any item of any
such bid, deemed
most advantageous
to the city. Bidders
are hereby notified
that acceptance of
this contract by the
successful bidder
constitutes certifica-
tion that the bidder is
or will be in full com-
pliance with applica-
ble Federal and/or
State law.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States
of America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk
of THE IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper,
printed and published at Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and
having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is
attached, was published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL,
