NOTICE OF SALE
AT PUBLIC AUCTION
The Mayor and Coun-
cil of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho,
have authorized by
Ordinance the sale
of the following de-
scribed real proper-
ties owned by the
City and located in
Mary's Park:
SEE EXHIBIT A AND
EXHIBIT B
The value of each par-
cel has been ap-
praised at $1,500.
The property will be
sold at public auction
for cash or terms to
the highest bidder
during a regular
meeting of the City
Council at 7:30 PM
on the 24th day of
April, 2001, at the
Chubbuck City of-
fice, 5160 Yellow-
stone, Chubbuck,
Idaho, following all
public hearing agen-
da items. No opening
bid for cash or princi-
pal less than the ap-
praised value will be
accepted, and the
City reserves the
right to reject any
and all bids. Bids on
terms must specify a
contract period not
exceeding ten years
with the annual rate
of interest on all de-
ferred payments of
not less than six per-
cent. The bid award
will be based upon
the maximum proba-
ble economic benefit
to the City.
Every bid shall be sub-
mitted in person by
the potential pur-
chaser or the pur-
chaser's authorized
agent at the time and
place specified
above. The identity,
place or residence,
and business, and
business address of
each potential pur-
chaser shall be dis-
closed at the time of
bidding. It the poten-
tial purchaser is a
corporation, organi-
zation, or other artifi-
cial entity, the names
and address of its
shareholders or
members, its direc-
tors and its officers

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That SHE
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States
of America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk
of THE IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper,
printed and published at Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and
having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is
attached, was published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL,
