quire the setback on
a corner with a ga-
rage or carport open-
ing to be the same
as the front yard set
back.
3. An ordinance
amending section
18.12.040(F) of the
Chubbuck Municipal
code to eliminate the
difference in site tri-
angle requirements
on a driveway from
that imposed on oth-
er streets.
FURTHER NOTICE IS
HEREBY GIVEN that
on June 12, 2001 at
7:30 PM in the City
Municipal Building,
5160 Yellowstone,
the City Council will
conduct a public
hearing on items 42
and 3 together with
the recommenda-
tions of the Land Use
and Development
Commission.
