THIS ORDINANCE;
PROVIDING THAT
ALL OTHER SEC-
TIONS AND PROVI-
SIONS OF CHAP-
TER 18.12 NOT
HEREIN AMENDED
SHALL REMAIN IN
FULL FORCE AND
EFFECT; AND PRO-
VIDING WHEN THIS
ORDINANCE SHALL
BECOME EFFEC-
TIVE.
