Section 1. New Sec-
tion. The following
Section 10.08.055 is
added to the Chub -
buck Municipal
Code:
10.8,955 Construc-
tion Zone Violation.
No person shall oper-
ate a vehicle in ex-
cess of the posted
maximum speed limit
established for a
highway construction
danger zone when
the construction dan-
ger zone is designat-
ed by appropriately
Placed signs indicat-
ing: construction
danger zone; the re-
duced speed limit;
and notice. of an en-
hanced penalty for
exceeding the re-
duced speed limit.
Violation of the provi-
sions of this section
shall be an infraction.

COUNCIL AND AP-
PROVED BY THE
MAYOR OF THE
CITY OF CHUB.
