NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN pursuant to
the Ordinances of
the City of Chub -
buck and the Laws
of the State of Ida-
ho, that the City
Council of the City
of Chubbuck will
hold a public hear-
ing at the Chubbuck
City Hall, 5160 Yel-
lowstone Ave.,
Chubbuck, Idaho at
the hour of 7:30
p.m., February 8th,
2Q00, for the pur-
pose of revising
monthly sewer serv-
ice fees. Sewer
Fees will increase
more than 5%.
A more detailed de-
scription of the
above proposed
buiiding permit fee
schedule is on file in
the City Clerk's of-
fice at Chubbuck
City Hall, 5160 Yel-
lowstone Ave., and
is available for pub-
lic hearing and the
public is welcome
and invited to sub-
mit testimony.
