time, the bids duly
submitted will be
opened and read.
A complete list of
materials and speci-
fications for which
the bids are solicited
is available at the
office of the Public
Works Director,
5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho. All bids must
be delivered under
sealed cover and
must contain one of
the following forms
of bidder's security
in the amount of 5%
of the amount bid:
Cash, cashiers
check payable to
the city, certified
check payable to
the city, or bidder's
mond executed by a
qualified surety
company payable to
the city. The city re-
serves the right to
accept any and all
bids or to accept the
lowest responsible
bid or any item of
any such bid being
the most advanta-
jeous to the city.
