I ;ou* of Bannock LN6062 SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 524 An ordinance of the City of Chubbuck, a municipal corpora- tion of the state of Idaho, amending Section 12.04.040 to require general public liability in- surance in an amount of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) for any permittee for a right to use the City right-of-ways: requiring the City of Chubbuck to be named as an addi- tional insured; re- quiring the in- surance company provide notice of cancellation to the City; amending Sec- tion 12.04.060 to al- low fees for a public right-of-way permit to be set by City Council Resolution; providing for the re- peal of conflicting ordinances; provid- ing that all other provisions of Chapt- er 12.04 not amended shall re- main in full force and effect; providing for the severability of the provisions of this ordinance; pro- viding that this ordi- nance shall be in full force and effect af- ter its passage, ap- proval and publica- tion as allowed by law.
