THE MAYOR AND
COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHUB -
BUCK, IDAHO:
SECTION 1. Change
of Comprehensive
Plan. Followtng full
pubic hearings, the
Mayor and Council
find, and therefore
declare, that the land
use pattern pre-
scribed by the City's
Comprehensive Plan
for the property de-
scribed on Exhibit
"A", should be, and
hereby is, changed
from C-1 and R-4 to
C-2.
