stone Avenue, Chub -
buck, Idaho until
2:00 p.m. May 2,
2000 Bids duly sub-
mitted will be opened
and read. A com-
plete specifications
for which the bids are
solicited is available
at the office of the
Public Works Direc-
tor, 5160 Yellow-
stone Avenue, Chub -
buck, Idaho. All bids
must be delivered
under sealed cover
and must contain one
of the following forms
of bidder's security in
the amount of 5% of
the amount bid:
Cash, cashiers
check payable to the
city, certified check
payable to the city,
or bidder's bond exe-
cuted by a qualified
surety company pay-
able to the city. The
city reserves the
right to accept any
and all bids or to ac-
cept the lowest re-
sponsible bid or any
item of any such bid
being the most ad-
vantageous to the
Cityy.
