Council of the City

will conduct a public
hearing at 7:30 p.m.
June 21, 2000 at
the Chubbuck City
Office, 5160 Yellow-
stone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho,
with respect to the
fallowing item and
will consider:
1. An application by
CLC Associates,
Inc. 8480 E.
Orchard Road
#2000, Englewood,
Co 80111 for a
change of land use
district south of In-
terstate 86 and East
of Hawthorne Rd.
adjacent to the Pine
Ridge Mail to C-2
(General Commer-
cial). Property is
presently zoned Ag-
ricultural (A). The
Land Use Commis-
sion recommends
approval.
